Understanding Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Harrison’s Travels, we want to ensure every traveler understands our cancellation policy before booking. Our goal is to provide clarity and transparency regarding refunds, reservation changes, and fees.

Harrison’s Travels Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Harrison’s Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable—no exceptions.

If you need to cancel your reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a cancellation request form – Cancellations must be in writing.
  2. Email your request to info@harrisonstravelsc.com with:
    • Your invoice number
    • Full name
    • Date of travel
  3. Await confirmation – If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, call 803-282-8223 to verify receipt.

Reservation Changes & Fees

Any modifications to an existing reservation will incur a $50 per person charge, plus any supplier-imposed fees. This applies to:

  • Name changes*
  • Removal of services (e.g., optional tours, transfers)

Note: Name changes on airline reservations require full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveler is considered a cancellation and is subject to standard penalties.

Changes After Departure

If you need to make changes after your trip has begun, any additional services will be charged at local rates. These must be paid directly to the service provider. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
